Born between 1st January 2008 and on or before 31st December 2009 (As per AIFF age cutoff for U17 youth Leagues). Players must be registered on AIFF CRS Portal.

The matches (11 v 11) will consist of 2 halves of 45 minutes each (additional injury time) with 5 substitutions allowed. Tournament rules & regulations will be communicated to the team managers by match officials.

The kits will not be available at the tournament. All participating clubs need to carry a set of their home and away kits for participating in the tournament. In case of similar coloured kits of both teams, bibs will be provided.

The teams will be provided with adequate drinking water, ice and refreshments (eg. bananas, glucose powder) at the venues. All venues will be equipped with medical aid and an ambulance for emergencies.

The players should carry either an Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate as a valid ID proof.
